Refunds and cancellation

This describes the current billing behavior. It is not a counsel-reviewed policy, and prices are not published.

A confirmed paid invoice grants allowance once. Opening checkout, or returning from it, does not.

A full refund removes that grant once, and only when the remaining allowance covers it. If that allowance is already held or used, the refund is recorded and the balance is not driven below zero.

A partial refund does not change the allowance. It needs a manual adjustment.

A refund recorded before the payment does not let that payment grant allowance later.

A failed renewal does not remove allowance already granted. Cancelling renewal does not remove the current period.

If generation is rejected before it is submitted, the reserved allowance is released. If the connection drops after the provider may have accepted the attempt, the reservation stays until that attempt is reconciled. That is not a second charge, and it is not an automatic refund.

A quality complaint is a support report, not an automatic new generation.

Lemon Squeezy does not send a dispute event. A dispute needs a manual adjustment.

The founder still needs to set the company name, address, support contact, and whether a delivered ad that the customer rejects is refunded.
